5 good habits in the morning

1.) Start your day with God.
Just a few minutes of prayer, meditation and gratitude.


2.) Be active in the morning.
One hour of exercise will burn away calories and negative energy.


3.) Don’t eat anything… Wait until later.
Fasting is good for your mind, body and spirit. If you really need to eat something, try oatmeal and fruit.

4.) Motivate yourself.
Read a positive story or find inspirational quotes. Don‘t leave the house until you feel motivated.

5.) Be ready to inspire others.

Good karma will come back to you.
